Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, Elk Pass Trailhead @ km 338.6 (en route)
Resupply package delivery is available at the Elk Pass Trailhead in Peter Lougheed Provincial Park. Resupply packages will be delivered and stored in bear lockers installed at the Elk Pass Trailhead. Resupply delivery service fee is $70 for GDTA members or $90 for non-members. These rates are inclusive of a $20 fuel surcharge to cover the transportation fees from Calgary to Kananaskis.
How it works
Contact elkpass@greatdividetrail.com to book your delivery service. You will receive a booking form where you can choose your delivery date and receive payment and shipping instructions.
- The 2026 booking process will launch on April 1, 2026.
- Packages will only be delivered on six pre-set dates during the 2026 summer hiking season:
- 1 delivery date in June;
- 2 delivery dates in July;
- 2 delivery dates in August;
- 1 delivery date in September.
- Hikers can request purchase of 110g isobutane fuel canisters for inclusion with their delivery.
- Proof of GDTA membership is required for discount.
